A Malian woman has given birth to 9 babies in what would be an extremely rare case.
On Tuesday, 25 Year Old Halima Cisse gave birth to nine boys in a Moroccan hospital where she had been admitted.
Cisse expected to give birth to 7 babies based on the Ultrasound scans done in Morocco and Mali but apparently didn’t detect the two extra babies.
One of the doctors on Tuesday said the newborns and their mother are all doing well and are expected to return home in a few weeks time.
She gave birth prematurely at 30 weeks and deliveries were done through C-section.
