The governor of Nigeria‘s Delta state in the south of the country has declared a 48-hour curfew in the wake of the anti-police brutality protest.
Governor Efeanyi Okowa said that everyone should stay indoors for the next 42/48 hours.
He also closed all public and private schools until Monday November,2nd.
Curfew has already been imposed in Lagos State and parts of the river state and others.
