Kyagulanyi paralyzed the streets of Arua yesterday leaving his supporter yawning for more of his presence.
All major businesses were locked up as people waited at the entry point of the district and escorted him all the way to the rally grounds.
In his message, Robert Kyagulanyi preached unity and prosperity in the new Uganda, he also pinched into his ‘first five’ manifesto and unleashed his plans to the people to support and vote for them come 2021.
However, Security has been heightened in the three districts with the presence of both the military and the police on the streets. Kyagulanyi, a musician turned top critic of President Museveni’s 36-year rule delivered a rousing campaign speeches on Monday in Pakwach, Nebbi and Arua promised to cater for the elderly, revive the region’s rail line, address massive land grabbing, education, roads and others.
