Cindy Sanyu Returns to Office as Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) President

Dancehall King Cinderella Sanyu  aka ‘Cindy’ has returned to office as the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) president.

Following the cancellation of the UMA elections a few months ago, the public has been wondering what the future holds for the body.

During a press conference held on Wednesday, the singer confirmed her returned to office to officially operate her duties amicably.

“We have work to do as an association so we can’t continue without anyone in the office,” Cindy said during the presser.

According to source, the UMA Executive Committee led by the president officially took over full possession of UMA offices and responsibility of affairs of the association with the offices now open to members.
