Former Zimbabwean First Lady Grace Mugabe has been summoned to appear before a traditional court over improper burial of the late husband Robert Mugabe the former president.
She is accused of having gone against local culture by burring her husband at the family homestead instead of the place chosen by his relatives and mother.
In a letter from Chief Zvimba the traditional chief of Mugabe’s home region says Mrs Mugabe is being required to exhume the body of the late husband so that he can be reburied according to their culture.

Grace was ordered to attend the village court next week on Thursday at Gonzo Guzha Hall in Murombedzi Growth Point at 9:30am.
