India reports the highest covid-19 24 hour cases globally

India has reported 314,835 new covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours.

This is the highest One day tally recorded anywhere in the world. Doses rose by 2,104 in the same time period.

It brings the country’s Total confirmed cases now to 16 million.

The second only to 31.9 million that have been recorded in the USA.

India is in it’s grip of a vicious second wave of acute virus and they also have oxygen issues.

The country has run shot of oxygen which is also affecting the patients and killing most of them as a result.
