Italy knock out Spain to reach Euro 2020 Final

Roberto Mancini’s side Italy knocks out Spain from Euro 2020 on penalties after a 1:1 full-time draw

Spain dominated possession in the first half, Federico Chiesa scored on a counterattack to give Italy the lead early in the second. But Alvaro Morata came off the bench to equalize for Spain late in regulation, and neither team found the breakthrough over 30 minutes of extra time.

The Azzurri beat Spain  4-2  on penalties to reduce their marginal head-to-head loss against the Italians.

Italy will face the winner between England and Denmark in the finals at Wembley Stadium in London.
