Police finally arrested a man suspected of selling roasted chicken and infecting it with chemicals whose compounds remain unidentified yet.

The man was arrested from Bunga, Kampala and police have now kicked off investigations to ascertain effects of the chemicals to human life.

A video circulated social media over the weekend showing a man injecting chicken with unidentified liquid using a medical syringe.

Poliy intelligence led them to Bunga where the video is said to have been recorded from and the man in the video has since been identified as Ibrah Tamale.

Tamale was arrested and police carried out research at his home in Kyebando where they found a medical syringe that Tamale uses and has since failed to account the equipment that was found in his house.

In his narration, Tamale says that he buys chicken from Kalerwe market and he has been selling it from Wandegeya until business started booming and and he started expanding his avenues of doing business to Bunga.

He says that they buy fresh chicken and they go into a tent in Wandegeya, treat them and then send orders to their customers.
