The National Environmental Management Authority resolves to stop arresting born-again pastors accused of noise pollution following an understanding reached by the leadership of Born again Churches.
This was reached during an interface by the two parties following the arrest and procession of born-again pastors over noise pollution.
Both parties agreed that the arrest shall be made upon issuing an improvement notice in writing and proceeded with criminal sermons.
He also agreed that NEMA works with church leadership to sensitize Churches and the general public about noise pollution.
