Police place shs20m bounty on planner of Gen Katumba attack
Uganda police have offered shs20 million bounty on Sheikh Abudin Hubaida Taheel Bukenya, the suspected overall coordinator of domestic terror cells in the country.
Bukenya is alleged to have coordinated the assassination attempt of Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala which left him wounded and his daughter Brenda Nantogo and driver Haruna Kayondo dead.
