West Brom host Burnley today as both sides continue their pursuits of a first win in the Premier League this season.
With three defeats and a draw to their name, the newly-promoted Baggies are already up against it, as are Burnley, rooted to the bottom of the table with three losses from three games.
This afternoon’s fixture might just prove pivotal in the long run in the battle for Premier League survival.
West Brom will be without forward Hal Robson-Kanu, and Callum Robinson could miss out due to coronavirus guidelines. Meanwhile, Karlan Grant – signed on Thursday – could make his debut. Kieran Gibbs returns from suspension and Branislav Ivanovic and Ahmed Hegazi are both fit for Slaven Bilic’s side.
Jay Rodriguez is expected to return for Burnley and Johann Berg Gudmundsson should be fit despite suffering from a groin issue while on international duty. Ben Mee, Matthew Lowton and Jack Cork are still sidelined, but Kevin Long should be in the squad after recovering from an eye issue.
West Brom: Johnstone, Furlong, Ivanovic, Hegazi, Townsend, Livermore, Gallagher, Krovinovic, Pereira, Grant, Diangana
Burnley: Pope, Pieters, Tarkowski, Long, Taylor, Gudmunsson, Brownhill, Westwood, McNeil, Barnes, Wood
