Six children have died and five others have seriously been injured in a bomb explosion that occurred at a refugee settlement in Adjumani district.
It is alleged that a group of children residing in the camp went to the bush to play, picked an object which they try to cut using a knife and ended up exploding.
In a statement of West Nile regional police spokesperson Josephine Angusiya says three children died on spot well as the other three died in hospital. A team of detectives led by the DPC Adjumani rushed to the scene and confirmed the incident.
