A new report warns that the country risks losing it’s cultural heritage due to climate change and it’s disasters.

Findings by Cross cultural foundation of Uganda points out sites like Wangile along the river Nile which is under the threat of being in washed away by the rising water levels.

Several historical buildings that hold the history of Kasese and Bakonzo have also been destroyed by floods thanks hit the area for several years as said by Fredrick Nsibambi the senior programs manager of CCFU.
