Kenya’s midfielder Victor Wanyama, 30 has announced his retirement from international football with an official statement on his social media handles.
“It has been an honor to represent my Country and I think the time has come for me to pass the mantle to the young ones,I’ll always be a of the National Team and their biggest supporter.” Wanyama posted
Wanyama last appeared for Kenya in November 2020.
He currently plays for Major League Soccer side CF Montreal.
